  5. Now you can type what word you want to use as a dictionary. Here for example email address, and in the Shortcut just fill in e-mail.

  6. To save, just press the back button on the phone and the newly added dictionary is saved successfully.

So for example above is when you type the word “e-mail“, then the result will bring up the email address that was used as the personal dictionary earlier. Very useful if you have a lot of email addresses or a long sentence that you want to call in a simple way.

What If Word Suggestions Don’t Show on Gboard?

Of course, this will not be useful if the suggestion is not displayed by Gboard, but this is because you did not activate the feature suggestion strip provided by Gboard.

To activate it is very easy, please follow the method above until the next step.2 then select menu Text Correction, followed by activating the option Show Suggestion Strip and also Next Word Suggestion.
